Jardin Omaëlle SARL is a visitor information and cultural guide company founded in Marrakech in 2021. Our core mission is to help international travellers make the most of their visits to Morocco's iconic botanical and heritage sites, starting with the extraordinary Jardin Majorelle in the Guéliz district. We are a small, passionate team of local guides, cultural historians, botanical enthusiasts, and travel writers who share a deep affection for Morocco's horticultural treasures.
We operate entirely independently of the Fondation Jardin Majorelle and maintain no commercial partnership with any official garden authority. This independence is fundamental to our identity and allows us to present information honestly and impartially, without commercial pressure to present any site in an artificially flattering light. We believe that visitors are best served by clear, accurate, and balanced information, and that is precisely what we aim to provide.
Our revenue comes from guided tour services, workshop facilitation, and corporate visitor consultation, which allows us to maintain this website as a free, accessible resource for all visitors planning a trip to Marrakech. We have never accepted advertising or sponsored content, and we are committed to maintaining that editorial independence indefinitely.

Every piece of information we publish is verified against multiple sources and updated regularly. We clearly indicate when information may be subject to change and always direct visitors to official channels for booking and ticketing purposes. We never guess, estimate, or invent facts about the sites we cover.

Morocco's gardens and cultural heritage sites carry deep historical and social significance. We present all content with genuine respect for Moroccan traditions, the Amazigh cultural heritage represented in the Berber Museum, and the local communities that live alongside these celebrated landmarks every day.

We work closely with local guides, artisans, restaurant owners, and transport operators to provide visitors with authentic Marrakech experiences that go beyond the garden walls. We actively recommend locally owned businesses and do not accept commission payments for these recommendations.
Our Team
Jardin Omaëlle SARL was founded by a small group of Marrakech residents who noticed that most online information about Jardin Majorelle was either outdated, commercially biased, or produced by visitors who had spent only a few hours at the garden. We wanted to create something different: a guide built by people who visit the garden regularly, understand its rhythms through different seasons, and genuinely love every corner of it.
Our team currently includes three full-time botanically trained guides, two cultural historians specialising in Moroccan and North African heritage, a travel writer with fifteen years of experience covering Morocco for international publications, and two local translators who help us ensure our content works for visitors from many different language backgrounds.

Our Commitment to Visitors
We understand that a trip to Marrakech often involves significant investment of time and money, and that visitors deserve reliable guidance to make the most of their experience. We take that responsibility seriously. When we discover that information on our site has become outdated or inaccurate, we correct it promptly and note when the correction was made.
We do not sell tickets to Jardin Majorelle or any other site. We do not make bookings on behalf of visitors. We are not an official representative of the garden or any affiliated organisation. We are simply a small Moroccan company that loves the garden and wants to share reliable information with the world. Any transaction or booking a visitor makes in connection with a visit to Jardin Majorelle should be made directly with the official garden authorities or authorised agents.
We are registered as a limited liability company (SARL) under Moroccan commercial law and operate from our office in the Guéliz district of Marrakech. We are reachable by phone, email, and in person during business hours. We welcome visitors who wish to discuss their itinerary before arriving or who need additional guidance once they are in Marrakech.
