These Terms of Service govern your use of the website jardinomanaelle.site and any request or service arranged with Jardin Omaëlle SARL, 12, Rue de la Palmeraie, Guéliz, 40000 Marrakech, Morocco (Patente 47281965, IF 39284710). By browsing the website or sending a request, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. Who We Are

Jardin Omaëlle SARL is an independent company that publishes travel information about the Jardin Majorelle and other gardens of Marrakech and offers guided walks, botanical workshops and city itineraries. We are not the owner or operator of the Jardin Majorelle. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting on behalf of the Fondation Jardin Majorelle, the Musée Yves Saint Laurent Marrakech or the Musée Pierre Bergé des Arts Berbères. The names of these places are used only to describe the destinations we write about.

2. No Ticket Sales

We do not sell entrance tickets to the Jardin Majorelle or to any museum. Official tickets are available only through the official channels of the garden. Any price for garden admission mentioned on this website is an approximate figure for information only and may change at any time without notice. Always check the official source before your visit.

3. Use of the Website

You may use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Copy or republish our texts in bulk without written permission
• Try to gain unauthorised access to the website or its server
• Send false information or requests in the name of another person
• Use the website in any way that breaks Moroccan law

We try to keep the information accurate and up to date, but opening hours, rules and conditions in Marrakech change often. The content is provided for general guidance and is not a guarantee.

4. Requests and Agreements

Sending the contact form is a request for information and does not create a binding booking. After receiving your request, we reply by email or phone with a proposal describing the service, date, meeting point, group size and price. An agreement exists only when you confirm this proposal in writing and we confirm availability.

5. Prices and Payment

Prices on our pricing page are shown in Moroccan dirhams (MAD) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. They cover only the services described, such as guiding time or workshop materials. Garden and museum admission, transport, food and personal expenses are not included unless clearly mentioned in your written proposal. Payment conditions are stated in the proposal. We do not collect payments through this website.

6. Cancellation by You

You may cancel a confirmed service free of charge up to 48 hours before the start time. For cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance, up to 50 percent of the agreed price may be charged. If you do not arrive at the meeting point without notice, the full price may be due. Exceptions are made for documented emergencies at our discretion.

7. Cancellation or Changes by Us

We may change or cancel a service because of extreme weather, official closures, public holidays, health and safety reasons or other events beyond our control. In such a case we will offer you another date or a full refund of any amount paid to us. We are not responsible for other travel costs you have booked separately.

8. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for arriving on time, following the rules of the gardens and museums you visit, respecting local customs, and carrying valid identification and suitable clothing. Guests with health conditions should tell us in advance so we can adjust walking pace and distances.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Moroccan law, Jardin Omaëlle SARL is not liable for indirect losses, for decisions made by third parties such as garden operators, or for losses caused by information on third-party websites. Our total liability for a service is limited to the price you paid us for that service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Moroccan law, including Law No. 31-08 on consumer protection.

10. Intellectual Property

The texts, layout and design of jardinomanaelle.site belong to Jardin Omaëlle SARL unless stated otherwise. Photographs are used under free licences. Trademarks and names of third parties remain the property of their owners.

11. Privacy

Personal data you send us is processed as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

12. Complaints

If you are not satisfied with a service, please write to [email protected] within fourteen days. We will reply within ten working days and try to find a fair solution.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably will be submitted to the competent courts of Marrakech, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you may have.

14. Changes
