Our team replies to every message by email, usually within one working day. Please remember that we cannot sell or reserve entry tickets to Jardin Majorelle; these are only available through the garden's official channels.

Finding Our Office
Our office and workshop studio are located in the Guéliz district, the modern part of Marrakech developed during the twentieth century. The area is known for its wide avenues, cafés, galleries and shops, and it lies within easy walking distance of Jardin Majorelle. From the garden's entrance on Rue Yves Saint Laurent, the walk takes around ten to fifteen minutes along quiet residential streets. Taxis are widely available and drivers generally know the street when you mention Guéliz.
If you are coming from the medina, a petit taxi from Jemaa el-Fna square usually takes around fifteen minutes depending on traffic. Ask the driver to use the meter or agree the fare before departure. Visitors arriving by train can reach Guéliz on foot from Marrakech railway station in about twenty minutes.
What Happens After You Write
When you submit the form you will see a confirmation page. A member of our team then reviews your request, checks guide or studio availability for your preferred dates, and replies by email with a proposal and the applicable price from our published rates. Nothing is booked and no payment is requested until you confirm by replying to that email. If your plans change, simply let us know.
The details you send are used only to answer your request, in line with our privacy policy and Moroccan Law 09-08 on the protection of personal data. We never sell or share contact information with third parties for marketing purposes.

To help us answer quickly, please tell us your preferred dates, the number of people in your group, the languages you speak and whether anyone needs a slower walking pace. If you are interested in a botanical workshop, mention any previous experience with plants or drawing. Remember that Jardin Omaëlle SARL is an independent guide service and is not affiliated with the Fondation Jardin Majorelle. We do not sell entrance tickets to the garden or museums, so please buy your admission only through official channels. Our replies are sent from [email protected], usually within one working day, and we never ask for card details by email or telephone.
